If the room you are allocated or the service you receive does not reach your expectations please inform us and allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. If we are unable to do so we will refund you in full.

Our hotel is full of charm and personality. We have maintained and refurbished the building to the highest standard but we know not everyone appreciates the quirks and idiosyncrasies of a historic property. In the 85 years the Buckley family have been welcoming guests to the Arbutus we have had an excellent track record but everyone is different and very occasionally someone decides our hotel isn’t right for them after all. If that happens we don’t believe in locking you in to terms & conditions and will reimburse you and endeavour to find you an alternative hotel more suited to your tastes.
