Killarney National Park

A must for all should be a visit to Muckross House and explore the magnificent gardens and woodlands. Muckross House and Gardens form the central point of Killarney National Park, one of the oldest in Ireland, with woodlands, mountains and the Lakes. The area around Killarney has a great selection of walking and cycling routes, such as around the Gap of Dunloe and the McGillycuddy Reeks. Places worth exploring in the area also include, Ross Castle, Torc Waterfall and Muckross Abbey.

Ireland’s highest mountains are in Kerry, including the highest  Carrauntoohil (1,041m)

Golf breaks in Kerry are a favourite, with many Kerry golf courses to choose from, including Killarney Golf & Fishing Club.

Swim with Fungi the dolphin, visit Bill Clinton’s favourite golf course, walk among ancient oaks – County Kerry has it all. Old coach roads, mountain paths, beaches and hundreds of kilometers of way marked walks make Kerry a walker’s paradise.
